VimpelCom IFRS revenue rises 6.9% to 73.8 bln rbl in Apr–Jun

MOSCOW, Aug 3 (PRIME) -- Revenue of Russian mobile operator VimpelCom, working under the Beeline brand, increased by 6.9% on the year to 73.81 billion rubles in April–June, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Thursday.

Service revenue rose by 6.9%, and rarnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) gained 7.5% as compared with the same period of 2022. The EBITDA margin added 2 percentage points to 42.7%, VimpelCom said.
